FLORECER's Teens Teach Tech program empowers local youth to become digital leaders by teaching essential technology skills to older adults and other community members. Through hands-on training, teens strengthen their own leadership, communication, and workforce readiness while helping bridge the digital divide in rural border communities. The program fosters meaningful intergenerational connections, increases digital confidence, and expands access to the technology skills needed for healthcare, education, employment, and everyday life. Teens Teach Tech demonstrates that young people are not only learners—they are powerful educators and changemakers who help build stronger, more connected communities.
