Our services increase the knowledge, trajectory, and preparedness of youth to pursue higher education. Our programs offers comprehensive college readiness programming, parent engagement, pro-social activities, campus visits, civic engagement activities, and meaningful mentorship opportunities.

Educational justice means ensuring that every young person has equitable opportunities to learn, lead, and succeed. FLORECER works to dismantle barriers that have historically excluded Indigenous, immigrant, migrant, first-generation, rural, and justice-involved youth from higher education and civic life, creating pathways to opportunity that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
