Our communities are facing policy changes that are drastically reshaping the social landscape and challenging our shared values. FLORECER Joined UnidosUS to visit Capital Hill and advocate for the needs of the Yuma County Community.
The UnidosUS Fall Affiliate Convening Breakfast Plenary featured MALDEF President & General Council Thomas A. Saenz who spoke about the shifting legal landscape; threats to Diversity Programming.
POLICY
FLORECER attended the UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Institute's Inaugural Latino Policy Day event. which included an amazing line-up of speakers who are experts on critical policy issues affecting Latinos ranging from education and home ownership to health and immigration.
